Ever since I activated new version of twitter, I used to get this. Whenever I take a profile page, sometimes it loads up my tweets in their timeline as their tweets. Today I was looking for techcrunch’s tweet and the same happened. I saw my tweets on techcrunch’s timeline. I have been getting this regularly these days. Hope Twitter will fix this soon…
